In 2013 I totally fell in love with juicing!


I bought a Breville Ikon and completed 2 x 7 day juice cleanses in June and September. I have a few 3-5 day programs and at least one 7 day cleanse planned for 2014.

I get asked quite often about juicing and have several friends who recently purchased juicers or blenders. Since I wrote several posts on my cleanse experiences, I decided to included everything on one convenient page. Looking for a smoothie detox that doesn’t require a juicer? Check out Dr Oz’s 3-Day Detox Cleanse. I haven’t personally tried this program but it has some great reviews, it doesn’t incorporate any solid foods, and it’s free! I encourage you to read the comments and reviews before deciding if its for you!
